We are happy to assist and offer on-boarding programs of 1-3 hours. During this time, we take new team members through the most important parts of PMI. This includes learning about key functionalities and best practice routines for daily and monthly procedures. We will also provide answers to WHY PMI has been chosen as a management tool, HOW PMI works and WHAT is expected of them as Department Heads. Our ultimate goal is to boost benefits realization for your hotel and maximize results you get from PMI.
