A new hotel opened in 2013 with only 90 rooms.

Not many professionals believed this was a “surviving” project, but what really happened was not just a fluke or luck by chance! Last year, 2015, Støtvig Hotel ended up with more than 12% on their bottom line!

The General Manager (GM), Laila Aarstrand, said that much of the reason for success was due to PMI and that “PMI is is an incredible tool I cant live without”. Laila Aarstrand said that it would have been practically impossible to get a positive bottom line without investing in PMI from d2o.

How did this GM really achieve these results at Støtvig Hotel? Well she used the information in PMI to React, Adjust and Lead, both the sales and occupancy as well as staff resources.
