PMI at Radisson Blu Hamburg Airport
In October 2018, another PMI productivity management implementation was successfully completed at the Radisson Blu Airport Hotel Hamburg. We are confident this property will reach new heights in productivity.
The hotel’s fantastic location right next to the airport meant it was fully booked during our visit. Yet every department still made time to explore the benefits of PMI together.
With PMI, productivity becomes the sum of all parts. Each department can improve its performance, contributing to stronger overall results.
The high engagement and positive attitude from the Hamburg team promise impressive outcomes ahead. The Radisson Blu Airport Hotel now has departments actively measuring goals — and even setting new ones.
