We are migrating from SmartIT, Verizon Business Service Center in Oslo, Norway to Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

We continuously endeavor to improve technical capabilities and response time. Therefore, d2o is migrating from one datacenter to another. It is a major undertaking but well worth the effort. We aim to move in a progressive way to the new IT infrastructure during March, April and May 2019. Respective customer will be notified about the shift and what that entails a week prior to the migration.

Will there be changes to my PMI site?

After the migration, to login, all users will use pmi.d2o.com. If the “old” URL is used after migration, the user will be informed to enter in the new url address (pmi.d2o.com). This means the user will NOT be automatically redirected to the new URL.

Don’t forget to update your PMI bookmark!

To make logging swift next time, we recommend to bookmark the new URL pmi.d2o.com.

Why is this done now?

The new IT infrastructure is more modern and secure, and enable d2o to scale more robustly and offer richer features. Microsoft Azure also offers more superior SLA. This supports d2o DevOps development team to become more agile in meeting our customers’ requirements.

For more information about the migration and what it might bring, please send questions to support@d2o.com.
