GoGreen index: How are the measurements calculated?

The below table explains the calculations used for each of the measurements that make up the GoGreen index.
The Factor value indicates the measurements weighting, or impact on total score. A measurement with a higher factor will have a greater impact on a departments index score. The highest possible factor is 35, the lowest is 3.
