How to make a manual entry

For cockpits that require a manual entry, select button ‘Add consumption’ to add, update or correct consumption values. Click the question mark on the screen for more details on how to fill out the data.

You can change or correct a manual entry by entering a new value into PMI, as PMI overrides all entries each time you make a entry. Note, that imported values cannot be overridden.

NB: Food waste – Only use the category “Production” to enter your total food waste.

Missing manual entries

When there is a red import status displayed it signals missing daily data within a month that hasn’t been manually corrected. Missing data alerts are triggered if data for any day is not entered within two months, emphasizing the importance of regular data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness in environmental tracking.
