KPI upload tool enhancement

A KPI upload tool was added to the Data Upload Centre, so you are now able to upload KPI’s along with other types of data, including budgets, forecasts and actuals. This enables you to view your KPIs and work with the data within PMI. Anyone with controller rights has access to this function.
